When purchasing a physical good, You agree to provide Us with a valid email and shipping address, as well as valid billing information. We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order for any reason, including errors or omissions in the information that You provide to us. If We do so after payment has been processed, We will issue a refund to You in the amount of the purchase price. We also may request additional information from You prior to confirming a sale, and We reserve the right to place any additional restrictions on the sale of any of Our products. You agree to ensure payment for any items You may purchase from Us, and You acknowledge and affirm that prices are subject to change. For the sale of physical products, We may preauthorize Your credit or debit card at the time You place the order, or We may simply charge Your card upon shipment. You agree to monitor Your method of payment. Shipment costs and dates are subject to change from the costs and dates that You are quoted due to unforeseen circumstances. We hold all orders for 24 hours before putting them into production. Because every item is made by hand, to order we do not allow order changes or cancellations after 24 hours.
Sea Breeze Jewelry does not accept returns and only offers exchanges or store credit for non-customized items. Contact us right away with any concerns, because we want you to be absolutely satisfied with your piece! Non-custom, unworn, undamaged pieces must be exchanged within 14 days of receipt (based on USPS timestamp date received).
All exchanges require pre-authorization. You will be charged a $10 dollar restocking fee and you’re responsible for any shipping fees. Please email seabreezejewelry808@gmail.com with your order information. Returns may take up to 10 business days to process from date of receipt at the studio.
If you are not satisfied with an item and don’t know what to get next we are more than happy to give you a gift certificate for the amount of your purchase.
